Mike/SM is truly an asset to this company! We live in the state of AZ. and after phoning all our vans locations, MN. (mall of America) was the ONLY location that had my grandsons "had to have" item. With company policies Mike understandably had to follow he never used the word "NO" but rather said "let me think" ... about how to conquer our unique request. He gave us options ending with a solution!!! Mikes Customer service is truly his skill and passion!!! He WOW'd us, had the ability to think outside of the box while delivering exceptional customer service that is rare and hard to find nowadays!
