The workers are on their phone and won't help at all. Cute clothes though. Very horrible service. They are rude and judge you too. Not organized at all.
Customer service sucks I went there around 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon it was empty customer wise. I was looking to get shoes there were 2 employees at the shoe desk neither one greeted me or asked if there was anything I needed help finding. I found a pair of shoes to try on and walked over to the desk both women were on their phone watching videos again none of them even said anything when I asked to try on the shoe she went back handed me the box and continued to sit on her phone when I was finished neither of them came to check I could have walked out of the store with the shoes. I left the box on a bench and walked away none of them noticed. Very disappointed.
Literally ONE cashier always there when theres a long a** line of people waiting to buy stuff. And so not friendly and inviting people that work there, its like your not being forced to work there, you dont like it, then quit that simple. I dont know how people like that gets jobs.
I love love the clothes here but customer service wasn't that great at all she was rude
