The rooms are clean and the lobby is nice. The breakfast was actually pretty good, they will cook to order and the food ready as well.
This hotel is clean and well kept up. The pool and hot tub are nice, and typically not to busy. Breakfast is fine, but $10.95 seems a bit steep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid-range hotel in the area.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location!
Check in was ok, because the rate as not much to me so I don't care. However, expect from the guest service to pretend they didn't hear you on the phone when I heard them clearly. Called 6 times to get answer that they are short staff therefore, no one clean our room. When I ask is there someone now "Since from 9 am to 9pm, we were short staff". I got answer of " I just told you, l didn't have anyone". Really, I have never encountered this service before. I think its because I am Asian. If you are Asian didn't book here. I will take my business else where. One more thing, past 9pm don't expect them to have hot water. The most of the water is lukewarm. Also, after one use of the hotel-provided hair dryer, it completely stopped working. Thank God I had brought my own. Another important note, the Wi-Fi here is very low and slow. I'm never booking a room here again. I expected a lot more from Hilton.
It was beautiful and clean, friendly staff. My only improvement to suggest is that they offer a complementary breakfast in the morning. That would have been so convenient.
