We had a great stay. The room was very clean and the staff were wonderful and accommodating. We took advantage of the free shuttle service daily. The location was great; 5 minute drive to the mall and other nearby shopping. The hot breakfast was good, and there was always plenty of food for all the guests. Having the Outback Steakhouse in the hotel was another great plus that we took advantage of a couple of times. We will definitely return to this hotel.
We stayed here and had a great experience. Our room was clean and quiet. I don't know why people are saying the shuttle parking is confusing, because the lot is directly behind the hotel (parking is about $10 a day). The shuttle drivers were also nice and friendly!
This hotel is the worst hotel I've stayed at. We had nothing by problems since walking in the door. The check in process took over 20 minutes when we got up to the front desk. We and another couple we are traveling with wanted to split it up between two cards. They could not do it. We had to switch rooms because our heat, safe, and TV weren't working. The beds are super tiny and the customer service is terrible. We are staying here right now and were not offered any kind of compensation or refund for the trouble we've experienced. Pay extra and go to a different hotel!!
The staff was very friendly but that would be the only reason why I'd go back. The light fixture was completely broken, our phone in our room wouldn't work and we could not call the front desk. One afternoon when we returned to our room, the door was held open by the deadbolt. Anyone could've walked in. Also, apparently the hotel updated the room locks the the card key style. Ours didn't work. We had to get someone from the front desk to let us into our room every time. Like I said, the staff was very friendly and helpful and made every attempt especially with the shuttle to and from the mall and light-rail; but they would be the only reason why I'd return. The physical hotel needs some TLC. As far as going on a holiday and being worry free.... probably wouldn't go back.
When we arrived back at MSP, we called the number and only had a 5 min. wait! The shuttle driver was extremely helpful in giving us advice on how to get back on the highway, he even dropped us off right by our car! We would definitely stay here again!

The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful, and the room was warm and clean. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee was great. My only regret is that I didnt bring a swim suit.
