Nicely decorated, comfortable room. Friendly staff and nice amenities. We'll definitely stay here again!
This property is very dirty. The hallway on the fifth floor where I stayed looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week or more. The small restaurant had dirty streaks on the tables. The waitress actually told me it was due to wiping them with a dirty towel. This place was not up to Hilton property standards. There are also no restaurants within walking distance leaving the guests dependent on the hotel restaurant. When I went down in the evening to eat it was closed for a private function. The guy at reception said the van would take me somewhere else but I was too tired from traveling. Avoid this dump and complain to the Hilton chain management.
Pretty nice Hilton Garden. The rooms and the entire hotel were clean and the facilities were well maintained. The small gym had a good set of equipment that covered what most would want. Parking was abundant and free at this location. Location is good with quick and easy access to the airport, Mall of America, and major highways. My main complaint is that the water pressure for the shower was pretty weak and terrible.
Convenient location close to MSP and Mall of America. Portable heaters were set up in the lobby, but it was still very cold in the sitting area and the heaters took away from the aesthetic of the lobby. Room was smaller than expected but all the usual hotel amenities were provided..
Pleasantly surprised. This hotel was fully remodeled in mid 2016. Rooms are fresh, clean and the beds are super comfy. I would definitely stay again. Super close to MOA.
