Horrible ass hotel. No dishes but you got a kitchenette. Smells like bad cooked food when you walk in the rooms. And they charged 80 bucks for a sunday night. No extra pillows. Hotel is not worth the stay. Unless you are desperate.
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for the one night I was in town.
Booked a room online, when I got there the man couldn't find my order. This happened to 3 more customers who came in after me. There was no public restrooms. And I didn't get confiscated for anything.
Extended stay america in bloomington, MN is a bad experience. I will never pay this price again for such a bad experience. They had a phone in the room that doesnt even work. So everytime i needed something i had to go down and talk to them. Asked for more toilet papers and they told me to be creative and use tissue papers. I also asked for my sheets, blankets and towels to be replaced and they didnt do it. Instead they made it look like they replaced it but they only used the same one and touch it up a little bit to make it look like its new. How i knew? i saw the same marks on the towels and sheets. They also wouldnt replace my garbage bins when i told them it was full. Their service and my experience here was ultimately bad. I recommend people to not stay here. People deserves better than this.
Ollan i believe his name is thinks hes in another country bc he yelled at me like a child. When i defend myself he goes in an uproar nd then says i called him the "n" word A COMPLETE LIE BC MY HUBBY BLACK MY KIDDOS ARE HALFMY FAMILY ARE HALF. HE CLEARLY ISNT USE TO WOMAN DEFENDING THEMSELVES. HE HAS REFUSED CHECK INS REQ $50 WHEN HE IS THE OY 1 TO DO THAT WHEN ROOM IS ALREADY PAID FOR THRU 3RD PARTY. HE REALLY NEEDS TO BE PUT IN THE BACK AWAY FROM HUMAN LIFE. HE IS SO SMUG I HAD TO REMIND HIM WHERE HE WAS N NOT ALLOWED TO TALK, DEGRADE, DISRESPECT CUSTOMERS. MY ROOM WAS PAID FOR IT WHEN OLLAN WORKS IS THERE AN ISSUE W ME. HOWEVER EVERYONE ELSE HAD NO ISSUE W ME. HE TOOK A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE PERSONAL.FIRE HIM. HE LIES ND SMIRKS AS HE TELLS HIS LIES. GOOD THING I HAD OTHER GUESTS WATCHING ND STATING HE WAS THE AGRESSOR ND I DID NOTHING WRONG. Vanessa working rn couldn't offer me an extra blanket even tho the heater doesn't work, I'm using the stove to heat the room oh nd I'm up bc I hear housekeeping being rude af slamming doors. Told Vanessa. Told Priceline. Vanessa is quoted as saying "nobody else complaining" as if im being called a liar yet I'm 2 doors by the housekeeping room. IM NO LIAR. Smh. Olan I believe his name is rude, smug n condensing his arrogance is appalling. He shouldn't be in customer service at all!! The only one working that I can give a compliment would be the young guy who is assit manager. He is very welcoming n friendly. Also an older blonde woman was a complete joy. As far as anyone else I SAY FIRE THEM ALL N START ALL OVER!! I'm a manager to my own store n NEVER treat people ugly like Olan. Also note weird smell in room nd THIN WALLS BUT OH I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING LOL. Also no dishes in rooms you have to wait to get them. Nobody will bring you ANYTHING to your room. Who ever owns this location doesn't care at all. Room isn't what the pics show.
