They are not an upfront company. They offer you a 10 day cancellation period, but when you cancel, they refuse to refund your money. During the 10 day period, they won't speak with you, respond to emails or answer their phone. Even after, it is difficult to get someone to answer their phone.
The package that they sell is fulfilled by a fulfillment company which appears to be reputable, but the Travel Consultants themselves are only here to take your money and pass you on to the fulfillment company and they are very unprofessional. None of the materials they present you with on the day of the presentation includes "The Travel Consultants" anywhere on it. It seems like a very fly-by-night company. I am embarrassed that I signed the contract! They can't even send an email with proper punctuation or capitalization. Their receptionist can't help you and when you leave a message with her, she can't even tell you when someone might call you back. She stated, "I just take the messages, Ma'am. I can't help you at all." I would not give these people your money. If you want to buy the package, then find someone else selling it, and be sure you want it before you buy it!
