One of my favorite restaurants at the mall! Always fresh and good quality products. The service is great even though always very busy. Thank you guys!
I like the burgers and the hard rock theme we are reward members and with that on your birthday get a free entree one of my favorite places in the mall
Service was great but when my wife and my burgers arrived hers was hot, and mine was, at best, luke warm. We ordered the same burger and mine was missing ingredients that hers had. Tonight we both feel sick to our stomach hours after eating there. It will be a long time before I consider giving them another shot.
The host was great! Both of our waitresses were great! The atomosohere was good! The music was good! The drinks were good! Everything about our visit was enjoyable.....EXCEPT......the food!!!! We got wings and nachos for a late dinner. The wings were average, at best and the $18.00 nachos was nothing more than a bag of chips on a plate!!! There was a LITTLE bit of cheese, a sprinkle of tomate and onion and a very tiny but of diced meat. Then to add insult to injury......it was COLD! We paid $99.25 to be served HORRIBLE food by some very nice people. We won't go back!
Tyler was our server and he was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable on the menu and friendly too. Would come back just for him again.
