Savory pot roast meal is the best of all places I've been to, and they have so much other good selections as well. And PIES. Service is very adequate and polite. The food is amazing. Give it a try sometime.
Great place. The staff is helpful. They'll provide you with helpful insight to make sure your appetite (and sweet tooth) are satisfied. It's usually not very packed so you won't feel crammed in.
Waited 1 hour for food. It was cold and stale when it arrived. Then had to wait again for sandwich. Ouch Bakers Square. Award winning pie is only award winning if it gets to the customer. Too bad the warming rack can't leave a review. It is the only thing to experience fresh food around this place.
I have went to this place with my grandparents for a few years now, and I was quite surprised at the business this year (2017). Part of the booths/tables had to be transformed into a waiting area, since there were 2 lines and 3 cashiers ordering pie. No wonder why they call it "The Best Pie in America", especially the day before Thanksgiving. I really liked the food there, though it took an hour and a half at that place for dinner. I'd want to come back here next year, but with the service here before Thanksgiving (I'm not saying it's terrible), I'm not coming back here from here and out (unless it isn't busy).
Really good, fresh, high quality food. Well priced, all the staff we encountered were great (manager made the rounds on all the tables), our server was attentive), Driving home and found this place on the way, wow what a great breakfast. Homemade baked goods, high quality (tasty!) meats ... Definitely eating here next time we come to Minneapolis!
