We stopped here on the last Saturday before Minnesota overturned No Sunday Alcohol Sales, so I guess we were part of that history, ha ha. This is an establishment which offers the rare, the exceptional, the luxurious, so people need to do some price reconciling if they're traditionally bargain shoppers. Some of the smoothest whiskeys and scotch. They even had two grades of absinthe! I was able to sample some before purchasing! I hate shopping, but make it a point to stop in here for absinthe.

The customer service I had was amazing, I wasn't able to make it into the store but wanted to use my gift card. I received a super helpful email and they kindly took my order over the phone. Since I work in retail, I really appreciate how kind they were because I know phone orders/gift cards can be a pain. Next time I make it to the mall I will stop in to buy more!
Wow! This gourmet cooking store is fabulous. They import spices from around the world. Balsamic vinegar is selected from Italy, Spain and Germany. Extra Virgin Olive Oils are cold pressed and flavored with the essence of many seasonings. Avocado oil, walnut oil, pistachio oil and others are mechanically pressed and pure. The best part about Vom Fass is the perfect pairing of oil, vinegar and spices to produce a distinctive regional flavor if Italy, Asia, or America. Consult the customer service reps for the culinary research.
My boyfriend and I stopped by today as the store looked quite fascinating. We are SO very pleased with the entire experience, and have found a new favorite store! Paul was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm posting this review literally a minute after I just made the most wonderful olive oil, vinegar, and spice combination that he recommended! Perfect for dipping bread and enjoying some wine and a movie tonight. We will definitely be returning, and want to try some of the classes as well. The liquor side was closed (by law, not by their choice) since we were there later in the day but we are already making plans to stop by later this week and see what that side of the store has to offer too.
