Total Wine is such a great thing to have in the cities. It reminds me of Binny's Beverage Depot in the Chicagoland area. They just have everything you could ever want and the staff are always so helpful! You can ask them any question or ask for any recommendation and they'll always have great information for you.
Total wine a great place to purchase your alcohol. They have a wide variety of beer and ciders. As well as local favorites and craft beers. The staff is willing to help and they can order something that they might now have in store. They will card anyone in the check out line that looks under 50. It might be a policy but just be ready for it.
Huge liqour store not far from the highway amongst other shopping. Great selection of wine and spirits. A sparse selection of pints and smaller bottles. Reasonable prices and clean atmosphere. I found what I wanted myself, but from what I overheard from the employees they are knowledgable and enthusiastic about their selection. I would visit again for sure.
Went into this location with my husband today. I forgot my purse in the car and figured it wouldn't be a big deal because my husband had his ID and money. We made our selections and proceeded to check out. They would not let us pay for our items and leave until I went out to the car to get my ID and prove that I was old enough to purchase liquor (even though I was not the one paying and 40 years of age). While I understand their policy of trying not to sell liquor to minors or facilitate those helping minors buy liquor, I believe there is a better way. Why even let the minors in in the first place then? In my opinion they should have someone at the door checking ID's upon entering the store and alleviating the problem of holding up the checking out process by having to go get ID. While I don't think this episode will make me stop shopping here I will definitely weigh my other options first.
I love stopping by total wine before events, and holidays. They always have anything and everything you would need, even down to gifts and bartending tools. The staff is always phenomenal and are always willing to help you out with anything you need. They also are very knowledgeable about their products, and can point you in the right direction every time. I have yet to have one bad recommendation from them. If you can't find what you're looking for here you didn't look hard enough.
