One of the most appalling experiences I have ever had at any apple store. The woman who "helped" me buy a new iPhone was extremely rude, condescending, and aggressive. The entire time she was rolling her eyes, looked extremely annoyed, and made aggressive remarks. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending $1000 on a new iPhone I certainly expect to be treated better than that. I could go to Walmart and get better customer service.

Today I visited the store to learn about purchasing a replacement to my desktop computer. I didn't have to wait and was turned over to sales associate Eric Fast. He was so patient with me and all my questions. He was not trying to sell me a more expensive machine or upgrades I don't need. He took the time I needed to comparison shop the products and understand the differences between what was on my older iMac and a new one.

My mom's phone screen was cracked so I went in to get it fixed for her. I was helped by Daniel and Frank who were very informative, friendly and made things very easy for me to understand. The process was also really quick, despite it being holiday season. I've never had bad customer service here, their employees are impeccable and it's pretty awesome. If you wanna get your phone fixed, come to Apple MOA.

I know there has been negatives about customer service in other Google reviews but I want to say that today was a refreshing change and a very positive customer experience for me at this Apple Store. I purchased my last iMac 8 years ago here and I will be doing that again very shortly.
