Happy I went in!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is horrible and the employees are snobby. There are 2 Victoria's Secret stores in the Mall of America, so if you have to go to one, go to the one on the second floor west side. They have wonderful employees and they won't talk down to you like the ones on the first floor do.
I'm super overwhelmed with MOA in general, throw in a gigantic Victoria's Secret and I'm not in a good place. Rish in the 2nd floor location helped me find a replacement for a bra that I did not know the style name for. After listening to my super vague descriptors she figured out a match then hunted one down in my size. That's great customer service when I wasn't being an ideal customer. The other staff were helpful too- I was greeted immediately and that staff member helped me find what we thought was the right bra (that one was a disaster for me - which is where Rish saved the day!)
I got great service here and the saleswoman, named V, was very helpful and helped me pick out some great gifts to surprise my wife. She even pointed out a great deal on perfume, it was kind of a risky purchase but actually went over very well. I will definitely find V again when I want to spice things up!
Horrible customer service at the Mall of America first floor location. The manager was snooty, walked by me a couple times, never saying anything. Another associate also walked around but later hearing both of them greet and tell a few people their store promotions. I than stumble across an Asian girl that let me know of the 2 girls, one was a manager. She was very pleasant and professional and made up for the poor customer service the, manager and associate never showed. I will NEVER shop at this location ever again. Either one in the MOA for that matter. If I could give no stars for them and 5 for the other girl, I would!
I've had mixed experiences with this store. Sometimes workers will come up and ask you for help, while other times they will not even say hello. It's kinda a 50/50 experience. In the defense of the workers, the store is usually really busy and they only have about three girls on the floor, so I understand that they can't say hello to everyone. On those days they do not greet you, the workers will still answer your questions and I have never encountered someone who was stuck up. I usually feel embarrassed asking questions about bras and lingerie, but an employ named Bridget had a great energy and made me feel comfortable speaking to her.
