They have a good selection of things, but they don't follow their own return policy. Bought shoes there for a friend, realized they didn't fit, and tried to return them the very next day in the same exact condition, but they said they were unsellable because they were "worn" which was the exact condition I bought them in. They looked worn in the store, because obviously people try on shoes before you buy them. Now im stuck with $70 overpriced shoes that don't fit me. And they resort to saying "its our policy", which is not. Their policy is "unworn", "with recipt", and with "price tags" which i had satisfied all 3. Why state a policy if you don't even follow it!? Pretty annoyed.
Very unorganized shoe department. It reminds me of an episode of Hoarders. It is the worst Nordstrom rack I have been to.
Their suits department had all the designers that I was looking for and there wer3 several hiccups in the tailoring service but my overall experience was good
I’ve visited a lot of racks and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. The shoe section is a joke. Nothing is in boxes the shoes are rubber banded together witch makes all the shoes look very worn and scuffed. Who wants to buy a pair of “new” shoes that look like they are used?
If you have large feet, this can be a good place to pick up shoes at a discount.
