Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. Good selection of bikes and gear in stock. I had a small issue with a new bike (not Erik's fault - a manufacturing defect in an aftermarket part that could not have been spotted through normal inspection) and they took care of it immediately.
No matter what I have gone to Erik's for I have always been impressed with their service . This truly is a Great company because each of their employees take such pride in doing the best job they can for the customer.
