Always entertaining and a great workout to go to the mall of America. There is an Apple store, windows store, and pretty much every other store you can imagine and some unique ones. Lots of parking, I’ve never had a problem locating parking spaces here. I don’t think you find any great deals here, but it’s great to have everything accessible. I personally like just walking every floor and it works out to being a nice walk that is a nice workout if you keep a brisk pace
Family's first trip through Minnesota and we had to stop by here. Upon doing some research we quickly realized that just strolling around window shopping wasn't going to be an option due to time constraints (had to catch a flight within 3 hours). So we narrowed it down to the American Girl doll store, lunch and a little perusing. First off the parking is amazing for such an enormous structure. All the floors and rows are easily identified as well as a east/west structure. The help kiosk screens are a great help except for one glaring omission, they don't let you know the nearest escalator location. This is a must know to get around vertically from floor to floor. The food options are endless and there is something for everyone. The American Girl store is a endless money pit, especially when you have more than one girl in the family ( I don't know if my daughter or wife was having more fun). The sights are endless, the senses were overloaded. Wish we could have went to the Crayola store but we didn't have the recommended 4 hours to really enjoy it. Overall this is an indescribable experience that everyone must enjoy.
People watching is pretty good too. I've never been bowling there though. It's a pretty cool building, it's i want to say almost 10M square feet, and it has some very nicely done floors. The tile work is really well done. It's definitely worth a visit of it's your first time in MN.
Too busy for me. A lot of people and kind of expensive for the same stuff you can get somewhere else that isn't as crowded. It has a few cool stores though, some good restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, good pretzels, and a store dedicated to shaving where a guy can still get a straight edge shave. Gotta love a good shave!!
I decided to stop by here before heading home from a concert, always heard good things but didn’t have any plans to go out of the way to see it. I was really happy I came here though, it’s quite a sight and something I definitely recommend you check out at least once! The food court (if you want to call it that, it’s all big restaurants) is quality. It’s very clean, there’s plenty of places to go to, and you could easily spend a full day here.
