Went to this location on my 30 minute lunch break, at 4pm on a Tuesday. Walked in and there was one lady filling out her bag. There was someone behind the counter with a flannel shirt and some gross hat that he stole from the movie set of fargo. It was blue in color and gross looking. He took the lays order, then mine and at that time 3 people came up behind me to place a order. A girl with blue hair came out of the back and took there order while the blue hat guy and her continued to talk. The other three people's orders were placed and the blue hat guy very slowly started making sandwiches, the whole time still talking to the blue hair girl. Every time she would say something, he would stop what he was doing and listen to her. A few minutes later another guy came from the back and started helping the blue hat guy. The whole time, the blue haired girl stood at the register and played on her phone and talking to the blue hat guy. Finally after 25 minutes, my sandwich was finally placed in my bag and my name was called. This is terrible customer service. I will not be going back there. I will go to the Jimmy John's across the street where I can get a sandwich in less than 5 minutes. If I was the owner of this store I would pissed if my employees acted like this. I will also be making a complaint through the website for which which.
Excellent services on a busy Friday afternoon. The sandwiches are made well and the bread is the best part. I would say Potbelly is a little better but Which Wich is close. Parking is limited during peak hours.

Just go to the one in Eden Prairie. The amount of time you spend in the car will be far less than the 32 minutes I had to wait for my sandwich today. I don't know how these guys handle lunch and dinner rushes, but if it's anything like this, then you'll be waiting forever.
I am a hard person to make sandwiches for, I know this. However after seeing the care and attention put into my sandwich by Shanell, I believe in miracles EXCELLENT JOB Shanell.
