ordered online at 6:35pm called to confirm how long it would be they said 45 min to an hour. called multiple times to the store to see where our food was bad customer service. after calling the store 4 times and asking where our food was i asked if ot was even made yet the employee responded your food will come hot im like has it been made didnt seem like she knew what she was talking about i told her that we had childrwn to feed for dinner one of the employees said he left and would be there in 10 min and we should wait outside for him. went outside no food yet called back and let me remind you that we are 1.2 miles away from this place ! i was on the phone with a manager i told her my food came COLD like it was sitting for oiver an hour fries old i ordered chicken fingers cold and soggy i requested my money back hopefully they will give it back I would recommend never to eat there they never even apologize for the bad service they gave me in the cold food they ate all they told me was we had drivers call in I understand that but don't over promise someone a delivery time and then use excuse after excuse because you guys are on organized and then to top it off bring me cold nasty food that's been sitting out for over an hour that was soggy and old I would have been satisfied if my food would at least came hot

This is the first time I came here and I am so disappointed. I bought 15 little wings and they were all not done(bloody). The flavor of the chicken is amazing, but they were disgusting because they weren’t done. I called to complain and they told me I would have to bring the chicken back to them so they could recook it. Really? After that experience, I don’t want anymore of there food.
Would not go again. Papa John's is far superior for the price and quality of pizza served
What a joke thou I asked the cashier is this all the jojos you give? You charged me an extra $1 for 5 pieces of jojos and she says "I didn't charge you for jojos" yes you did, then she had the nerve to says "well it's a whole potato". This place is a joke not like all the other pappy's in town. It deserves no stars.. I live down the street from this location but I would gladly driving to north Minneapolis for a philly any day..
So $11 went to the trash.

If there was a "zero star" this crappy pappy wld get it. No service. She was on personal phone call and put up index finger as in "wait a bit." I was only one there! Waited 1min and left. Customers shldnt hv to wait for crappy pappy.
Then I found cheese in the inside of the sandwich which I didn't see until I bite it there was cheese I didn't even want to drive back there and get it remade or refund.
