Horrible place! Been waiting over 2 hours to see someone! I don’t know why they have a number system when they DONT go in order! And they wonder why people flip out!!
The man assisting my husband and I about Medicare talked very condescendingly to us and told me I was rude when I interrupted him. He did not explain things clearly and acted like we were making a big mistake in our choices. I had some basic questions to ask but he said he would have to send us to a specialist and wait in line again so we left with questions unanswered.
My wife and I have been here twice in the last 7 months and both times we were very pleased with the informative and helpful people who worked with us.
Never did they inform me that ssd must have 5 years total worked before retireing.
So sick of corrupted gov BS
Most rude lady ever. Threw my application for retirement ss in the garbage.
Now they keep half of all ss money at age 62.

American retirees are now cheated of millions and billions.
The rich retirees can delay payments and increase ss pay by taking it from me and the work force.
I have gone to this SS office three times with different complex situations. Yes, there is a wait--1st to get to the person who establishes your issue and 2nd to get to the right person to deal with it. Bring a book or something to do. The service and information my husband and I have received has been accurate and useful. Remember, SS and medicare laws are incredibly complicated.
