Mary helped us pick out my engagement ring and a year later today my husband and I went in to pick out a ring for our 1 yr anniversary and she remembered us and made us feel like family!
I do not recommend this location to anyone! They either lied to me, or are in the dark on the quality of their certification company.
I do not recommend purchasing from this store. Over Christmas 2015 I was shopping for a ring comparable to another location. That location uses AGS to certify their diamonds. Michael Hill told me that their certification company was better, they use GSI. Michael Hill offered me a .75 karat, color G, clarity SI1, ideal princess cut diamond that matched the competitors ring, as well as in price.
5 months later, I had the ring sent to AGS for certification, and AGS rated it a color H, clarity SI2, and wouldn't even call it an ideal cut. Any store that uses GSI to rate their diamonds is selling diamonds rated higher than the industry standard (AGS is in the top two). Feel free to do some internet research on your own if you would like additional assurance!
Minipulative and lied about when the ring would be ready after engagement plans were already set. Said the return policy was 60 days and then said it's not possible because it was resized. Ridiculous
I got my engagement ring from this store. Over a 3year period I have already lost 3 diamonds in my ring. The last one I just lost was a week after I just got it back from having another diamond replaced and having it checked . My wedding band I got from helzberg and to this day have not lost 1 diamond.
