Broke down on a Sunday and these guys have me up and running again within a day and a half. Everybody here was friendly polite and eager to get us on our communication was great. The shop manager made sure we could see the issue and was at no point looking for was to over charge. I will definitely be using Bobby and Steve’s again.
No matter what the problem was or the time of day, they've always been kind and informative. This is the first vehicle I've owned that I am not comfortable working on myself, and they always show me the problem and walk my through what they're going to do. They speak to all their customers the same. So respectful.

Building was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, didn’t push anything on us. price was fine but not great, I’ve had worse.
I had my used car inspection done through for $50 for finding major problems and they did report few issues with brakes and tires need rebalance and not any major. Took highest dollar service available for used car inspection. Trusting their service went and brought the car 10 days back. Went to them for repair and got both brake job done and tires rebalanced last week and told about wobble that I get at 55-60 mph range and thud sound I get in car park and engine running. Paid $450. Car starts wobble again at 55mph and 60 mph and reported the issue and now they said they need to perform diagnostics done and any repairs done. Both these services are charged. Finally I feel they are not customer oriented to perform basic diagnostics on used car to find problems and always say we need to charge for these and that as it is used car. It's a loop that we can never come out...
