I purchased a sectional sofa, recliner, end table and ottoman. Although I have a difficult time making decisions, Curt Ring made the process fun. He was extremely proactive and helpful. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Curt.

We were looking for a new artificial Christmas tree. We decided to look at Seasonal Concepts. We were greeted by Terry Hoines. We explained that we were looking to purchase a smaller tree. He took us to where we were able to look at what was offered rather than having us walk the complete showroom, very appreciated. With his help we were able to purchase just what we were looking for and even purchased new ornaments. He even carried the tree out to our car!
Abby A is an amazing sales consultant; we arrived later in the evening looking for a curio cabinet with rather specific requirements and she took the time to not only show us what was available in the store; but, also what could be special ordered for us. As price was an issue, she noted our requirements and later notified me of an upcoming event where the sales price better matched our needs. Excellent customer service and attention to detail! Ask for her!!!
We had such a great experience because of our amazing salesperson, Kat! We really appreciated the time that Kat took to answer all of our questions and guide us in our furniture purchase. We bought a lot of furniture for our new house. She was extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We have had some very bad furniture shopping experiences at other stores and for the FIRST time ever, we loved shopping for our furniture and didn't feel overwhelmed. I had to change part of the order because we were given incorrect measurements for our family room and she worked with us to redo the order and was so supportive. She knew I was a visual person so she literally took cushions, pillows, kitchen chairs, bar stools, etc. from all over the store to help me see what colors went well together and fabrics and how it all would look together. She really knows how to put a room together so visually it is beautiful and she can easily see the big picture (and most important....help you also visualize it). She even went to one of the factories that makes some of their customized furniture so she could give us inside information and helped us put together a beautiful custom kitchen table set. The absolute best furniture salesperson a company could have to represent them. We will ONLY request her for our future HOM furniture purchases. I also referred a friend to Kat and this friend also loved Kat and bought some pieces for her home. Thanks Kat!!!
