Be kind and don't lie and gossip about women like me buying upwards of $30k worth of goods in ten months.
If you want honest and respectful service when purchasing Chanel, at least find an appropriate sales associate from the actual Nordstrom store to assist you in that boutique. Request that from your Nordstrom sales person and they will do their best in retrieving your choices without the attitude I was given over simple returns... What a shameful experience.
I had bought some expensive boots in September and wore them a handful of times including the first time in the snow and realized they were awful! I cleaned them off and found my receipt and told the sales person and he gave me a FULL refund! I used it to buy some better boots at Nordstrom:)
I returned three wallets and one shoulder bag (Brand New with all tags) and was treated like a degenerate criminal by these two ridiculous sales people... It was quite laughable and still is everytime I walk past the store to the cosmetics.
First time being in a Nordstorm for such a high end retailer overall impression not impressed. Perfumes scattered all over, employees on phone texting and distracted (hot mess) or snobby. The layout of the store was downcast and seems like a Macy's dupe except Macy's is more glamourous. I walked out not getting the hype or getting anything because I didn't feel like it was worth the hype. Target has better layout.
Excellent service and their shipping policy is fantastic. I ordered something on Friday and it was literally on my doorstep in less than 24 hours! Couldn't be happier!
Chanel Boutique inside Nordstrom MOA is a disgrace to MN and to the Chanel name!!! I use to enjoy purchasing from this store but that spoiled in 2014. Soukay and the bleach blonde lady working back in 2014 suck!!! That's literally the only kind word I can use to define these two... I shop in Chicago for Chanel now. At least off Michigan Ave these women know how to be respectful and honest.
The woman working at the Clinique counter today around 1pm was not at all helpful. Very condescending and acted very confused and put out I didn't know exactly what I wanted. What I wanted was a brown mascara that was natural looking... unsure what is odd about that. glad I didn't depend on them for my makeup. Went to Mac and Sephora instead.
