Makes us pay 20 dollars to switch times/dates plus no wifi on board for a 4.5 hr bus ride. I know it's $30 Dollars one way but comeon!
Had a 10:45 am bus headed back up to Duluth (where I needed to be back for Class). Showed up to the transit station at the MOA at 10:40 and the bus was already gone. Called customer service where I waited for 5 minutes before being hung up on by the customer service rep as she was contacting the dispatcher. Atrocious customer service. How can you allow your bus to take off early? Just lost a customer here
